Food lovers and history buffs will enjoy this stroll through the village of Troistorrents, punctuated by culinary stops. The municipality of Troistorrents boasts an exceptional heritage, and participants will have the chance to discover historic sites as well as a cooperative farmers’ market showcasing local produce. Whilst sampling delicious local delicacies at seven stalls run by local traders and associations, you’ll stroll through the village in a warm and friendly atmosphere! Practical information:– The first departures are from 8.30 am, then every 20 minutes (ten departures to choose from)– Meet in front of the Chalet de la Treille in Troistorrents– The walk takes around 3½ hours, including stops at the stalls, covering approximately 4.5 km– Stalls along the route and culinary delights to discover below– Paid covered car park near the start of the walk (La Tine car park)   - Stall 1: Au Beau Réveil Bakery (from Morgins) at the Chalet de la Treille | Pastries, coffee or fruit juice- Stall 2: La Cavagne | Cheeses from the Illiez Valley and sausages, wine or fruit juice- Stand 3: Dents-du-Midi Fire Brigade at Chemex School | Meat terrine, wine or fruit juice- Stand 4: Collaire Bread Oven | Pan-fried cow’s milk sérac, wine or fruit juice- Stand 5: Vieux Moulins de la Tine | Lovage soup, croutons, cheese, wine or fruit juice- Stand 6: Chez Azalée and A la Pizz’ | Beef cheeks braised in red wine with accompaniments, wine or fruit juice- Stand 7: La Boulan’Tine | Petit fours, coffee, digestif, wine or fruit juice All the bread served during this walk will be baked by the Four à pain de Collaire.
