Description

Through a yoga practice accessible to all, guided by a story in which the mountain becomes a character, participants explore listening - to themselves, to the environment and to others.   The experience continues with a moment of sharing: the preparation of a common herbal tea from local plants, followed by a tasting of homemade sweets.
