Description

Set in Nowa Huta, a working-class neighborhood of Kraków that has become a testing ground for community theater, this musical performance explores the failure of the elites after 1989, the rise of populism, and the need to turn our attention to the peripheries. Through an intimate account of struggles, persecution, and resistance, it tells how theater can rebuild a community, rekindle dialogue, and spark a radical sense of hope—further enhanced by the original music by Paweł Kulczyński.
